Vacancy – International Account Manager – Medical Products (NEW)

What drives us?
Hospitals face numerous challenges, including protecting patients and healthcare professionals and maintaining hygiene in operating rooms. Our mission is to help reduce infections following medical procedures. That is why we develop, manufacture and supply high-quality self-adhesive medical products used worldwide in surgical drapes and other medical applications. In doing so, we contribute to a safe and hygienic healthcare environment.

Does this inspire you?
At SMG, you work in an international environment where people from different cultures, backgrounds and areas of expertise come together. This diversity brings fresh ideas, strong collaboration and inspiring connections. We believe everyone should feel comfortable being themselves and have the opportunity to develop their talents, take initiative and grow professionally.

Our offices and production facilities are located at one central site in the Utrecht region of the Netherlands. You will work in a welcoming and professional environment where colleagues are approachable and teamwork comes naturally. Communication lines are short, the atmosphere is personal and supportive, and we celebrate successes together. This creates a workplace where you can quickly feel at home and enjoy bringing out the best in yourself.

What do you bring?
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of working and thinking, combined with 3–5 years of experience in a commercial role involving international customers. Experience in the medical market and knowledge of medical products are an advantage.
• Strong commercial skills, analytical thinking and the ability to identify customer needs and business opportunities.
• Good command of English and French is required. Knowledge of German or Spanish is an advantage.
• You are based in the Netherlands, legally authorized to work in the Netherlands, and willing to travel internationally for approximately 20-25% of your working time to visit customers and develop commercial opportunities. When you’re not traveling, you primarily work from our office.
